La France reste le pays le plus attractif d’Europe pour la 7e année consécutive. Elle est celle qui a attiré le plus d’investissements étrangers en 2025. Pour autant, le nombre de projets d'implantations ou d'extensions d'entreprises recensés a baissé de 17% en un an et celui des emplois qu'ils ont générés, de 4%.
